All illumination parks are open from the time specified in the table below until 21:00 (the last entrance to the park is possible at 20:00).
A reduced ticket can be purchased by pupils and students (up to 26 years of age), retirees, pensioners, disabled people and their guardians.
All Lumina Park illumination parks will be opened until mid-February. The official closing date for the parks will be announced soon.
Dogs are not allowed in Lumina Park in Poznań and Lublin. It is allowed to bring dogs into Lumina Park in Wrocław and Bydgoszcz, provided that the dog owner / dog companion uses a leash and a muzzle. However, animals cannot pose a threat to other Visitors. The dog owner / companion should remove the dog's droppings if necessary. In the event of non-compliance with this provision, the visitors and the dog will be removed from the Park. Dogs are not allowed to enter exhibitions, they should be under the constant supervision of the dog owner / companion.
The owner / companion of the dog is responsible for any damages or injuries caused by the dog while staying in the Park.
A family ticket is available to two adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children (children up to 18 years of age) or Big Family Card holders (for each family member), upon presentation of the card.
Families with a Large Family Card are entitled, upon its presentation, to purchase a family ticket. If a family with a Large Family Card has more than 2 children, each subsequent child receives free admission to the park.
Currently, we do not accept Vouchers in our illumination parks.
In all our parks you can meet a specially prepared gastronomic offer, including hot drinks.
Wrocław: The car parks are located in the Topacz Castle area. Entry during the week is through gate 2, on weekends (Friday to Sunday) through the main gate.
Lublin: Parking spaces are located at the main entrance to the Botanical Garden, along ul. Willowa.
Bydgoszcz : The car park is located at the tram terminus, along Gdańska and Rekreacyjna Streets.
Poznań : The car park is located along the main entrance to the Dendrological Garden, at ul. Warmińska.
Tickets purchased online at bilety.luminapark.pl are always assigned to a specific day and time. Entrances to the parks are made every 20 minutes, tickets are sold for a specific hour. It is not possible to use a ticket bought for one day on another day.
Our route in Wrocław and Poznań is approximately 1.5 km. The average duration of the visit is approximately 90 minutes. In Lublin and Bydgoszcz, the route of our attraction is about 1 km, on average it can be covered in 50 minutes. The time of visiting depends on individual preferences. There is no time limit.
